Blinder is a tool to run your poker tournaments and cash tables with friends. A question, a problem, content to report: write to us at contact@getblinder.com. We reply within 24 hours.
My account
Create an account: on the sign-up page, or through the invite link an organizer sent you. You pick a nickname, which is the name other players see.
Change your nickname or password: in Settings, Account and Security sections.
Forgot your password: “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen sends you a link by email.
Delete my account
In Settings, at the very bottom: “Delete my account”. Deletion is immediate and permanent: your profile, your memberships and the groups you're the admin of are removed. In other people's groups, games already played keep the name you were listed under, so their results stay correct. You can export your data first (Settings, Data section).
Report abuse, block someone
Report: in a group, Members tab, open a person's actions and choose “Report”. A group is reported at the bottom of the Members tab or from its invite page, a game from its screen. Pick a reason, add a note if you like: the report reaches us right away.
What we do: every report is handled within 24 hours. Offensive or abusive content is removed and its author banned from Blinder.
Block: from the same actions, “Block”. The person can no longer register you for their games or make you co-pilot, their requests and notifications no longer reach you, and they can no longer join a group you're the admin of. The list is in Settings, Security section, with “Unblock”.
What about money?
Blinder handles no real money: we collect no wagers and make no payments between players. The amounts shown (buy-ins, winnings, who pays whom) are calculations to help you settle among yourselves. The only purchases are credits to start games.
